Health Insurance Exchange Bill Now In House Judiciary

The 2011 Legislative Session ends this Saturday at midnight. It's our last chance to ask for action on important legislation.

The Senate passed SB 408, legislation that will enable our state to form its own insurance exchange where thousands who have been without insurance will now be able to purchase it.

The bill is now in the hands of the House Judiciary Committee. Please copy and paste the emails below into an email and send messages to Chairman Miley and members of his committee. In the subject line, write, "Support Health Care, Pass SB 408.' In the email, tell them simply:

Dear Delegate,
West Virginians need health care. I support the Exchange bill, SB 408. Please don't let anything derail this important legislation."
