Corporations Are NOT People

Because of the United States Supreme Court’s 2010 Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission decision, which gives corporations the right to spend unlimited amounts of money in politics, corporations now have unprecedented power to influence campaigns and elections for their interests at the expense of the American people or the environment.
