The Public Service Commission will be holding a public hearing on case 23-0460-E-42T (Monongahela Power Company and The Potomac Edison Company) Monday, Jan. 22 at 5:30 pm. Along with a significant rate increase, this case includes a proposal to slash net metering credits in half. Citizens can attend the hearing in person at the PSC headquarters or virtually through Microsoft Teams. Two community events have also been scheduled for residents to come together to support solar.
