Join the movement! #GivingTuesday

What are you thankful for this year?  We’re thankful for your support, which allows us to continue fighting for a stronger, more sustainable West Virginia.  Here at West Virginia Citizen Action Group, we’ve been tirelessly fighting for better public policy that protects individual rights and freedom, our environment, and a strong democratic process.

Now, more than ever, we are asking for your support.  We need your time, energy, focus, and yes, a little bit of your money.

For the first time, West Virginia Citizen Action Group is participating in #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back.  Since its founding in 2012, #GivingTuesday has inspired giving around the world, resulting in greater donations, volunteering, and activities that bring about real change in communities.  We invite you to join the movement and to get out and give this November.

Despite the uncertainty of what the next administration has in store, WV Citizen Action Group is committed to moving our state forward.
We will continue to stand up and fight back with real legislative change that puts our people first.  We will continue fighting for green energy initiatives, clean drinking water, programs that support WV children and families, and campaign finance laws to get money out of politics.

That’s why our goal for this campaign is $2,500 by the end of today, #GivingTuesday.  This holiday season give a gift to WV Citizen Action Group and help us to stand up and fight back.

Will you make a special year-end donation of $25, $50, $100, or whatever you can afford to help us meet our goal of $2,500?  Now is the time to invest in the issues YOU care about most!  Your support can make a real, lasting impact on the future of West Virginia.

Want to sustain our work year-round?  Set-up a monthly recurring donation via our new and improved donation page.

After you give, be sure to share the reason you support WV Citizen Action with an #UNselfie!  Print a blank #UNselfie sign here.
