If you live out of town, an easy way to help protect the reliability of your local phone service is to send a letter (we have drafts - if you need one reply to this e-mail) to the editor of your local newspaper – (send a copy to us too) and/or make online comments on the media coverage on the rally below.

Talking points:

Similar deals in other states have resulted in bankruptcy for the new company.

The deal would give Verizon billions tax-free but leave Frontier starting out with a huge debt.

Frontier has not committed to retention of an adequate workforce.

Frontier does not have the financial capacity to purchase operations that would triple its size.

Financial pressures from the sale and cuts in employment would adversely affect Frontier's ability to to provide quality customer service.
