Hearing Set For Friday

Please come to Kanawha County Circuit Court this Friday, September 20 at 10 AM. At that time, Judge King will hold a hearing on WV-CAG's lawsuit against the WV Economic Development Grant Committee. Specifically, the hearing is for a stay motion, filed by WV-CAG, to prevent the committee from taking any further action. An evidentiary hearing will be set for October 30.
