While the Inflation Reduction Act provided much needed relief, further action can be taken, without Congress, to support families struggling to afford prescription drugs. Drug companies continue to rake in skyrocketing profits & while also lobbying to keep prescription drugs prohibitively expensive.

Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra can take action without Congress to cut prices and increase access to life-saving medicines.
