#CareCantWait Coalition Thanks Sen. Manchin’s Vote Supporting Budget Reconciliation Package and Urges Him To Bring It Home. 

 

WEST VIRGINIA — On Saturday, September 11th, an aerial banner will fly over the home openers of West Virginia University Mountaineers and the Marshall University Thundering Herd football teams, asking WV Senator Joe Manchin to “seal the deal” in supporting the budget reconciliation package and its investments in child care, paid leave and long-term care for the elderly and people with disabilities. 

 

WHEN: Saturday, September 11th. Starting at 3:30pm, ahead of the 5:00pm ET kickoff.

The aerial banner was commissioned on behalf of the CareCantWait coalition and paid for by Care in Action.

 

“Senator Manchin now has the opportunity to follow through on his historic key vote to move the Reconciliation package with another to ‘seal the deal’ and bring home the most robust and far reaching improvements in the lives of every day West Virginians since the original New Deal,” offered Gary Zuckett, Exec.
