Join us for two vital events that will benefit our communities and environment! Your involvement is crucial!
1. Community Climate Meeting
Join us for a hybrid (virtual and in-person) Community Climate Meeting hosted by WV Citizen Action on Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 6 pm. Your input shapes our collective efforts!
During this meeting, we will provide updates on the Appalachian Hydrogen Hub (ARCH2) and discuss new community air monitoring initiatives. After the <1-hour meeting, stick around for pizza and sign painting in preparation for our rally against ARCH2 the following day.
- What: Climate Committee & Pizza Party
- Where: CAG House, 1500 Dixie St, Charleston, WV, 25311 or join us on Zoom
- When: Wednesday, Nov. 6, at 6 pm
For more information, please visit our Facebook event page here.
To attend via Zoom, Register here
2. Rally Against ARCH2
On Thursday, Nov. 7, at 5:30 pm, join us at West Virginia State University for a rally opposing the Appalachian Hydrogen Hub. While project developers host their “open house,” we will gather outside to show our unified stance against this harmful project.
- What: Rally Against Dirty Hydrogen Development
- Where: West Virginia State University, Wilson University Union, 301 Washington Ave, Dunbar, WV, 25064
- When: November 7, at 5:30 pm
For more information, please visit our Facebook event page here.
The ARCH2 project threatens to bring more fracking, pollution, and risky new pipelines to our communities. Let decision-makers know we want positive, lasting change, not more investments in polluter projects.
We need your voice and presence to make a difference!
Thank you for standing up for our environment. Together, we can stop this harmful project in its tracks.
P.S. After signing up, please share the event page with five of your neighbors. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Morgan@wvcag.org.
