On November 10, 2020, the Supreme Court began hearing oral arguments in California v. Texas that seeks to entirely overturn the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as ‘Obamacare’.

If the ACA is overturned, 23 Million Americans (over 178,000 West Virginians) could lose life-saving coverage. 135 Million Americans (over 800,000 in WV) will lose Pre-existing Condition coverage.
