Curious what had happened with all the bills the Senate passed the first day? Here’s a run down.

  • SB 126: Reorganizing DHHR (Pending in House Health and Human Resources with a 2nd reference to Finance) – the House has advanced its own DHHR organization bill (HB 2006), which will be on 3rd reading 2/14/2023)
  • SB 127: Relating to reimbursement of hospital inpatient rates by PEIA (Pending in House Banking and Insurance with a 2nd reference to Finance)
  • SB 128: Clarifying authority of Governor and Legislature to proclaim and declare state of emergency and preparedness (Amended and passed by the House 1/24/2023. The Senate amended the House amendment 2/1/2023 and sent it back to the House)
