CHARLESTON – Good Trouble: Candlelight Vigils for Democracy

The Good Trouble Vigil for Democracy is happening on Saturday, July 17 — the one-year mark of the passing of Congressman John Lewis. Join us to uplift and honor his legacy as we continue the fight for passage of the For the People Act, the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act, and D.C. Statehood. We are demanding that lawmakers take action to protect our freedom to vote and rebuild our democracy — and we can’t let anything, including the Jim Crow filibuster, stand in our way!
