Charleston, WV — This week, West Virginia Indivisible activists projected 9 bold light displays against West Virginia landscapes and heavily-trafficked areas in Kanawha, Boone, Wood, Pocahontas, Ohio, Monongalia, Greenbrier, Fayette and Summers counties calling on Senator Joe Manchin and Senator Shelley Moore Capito to eliminate the Senate filibuster to ensure the Senate passes legislation that reflects the needs of West Virginians and protects democracy.
The Kanawha County event took place in Charleston, WV on June 10th at 9PM at the Veterans Memorial in the WV State Capitol Complex. Simultaneous events took place in Summers, Wood and Boone, Pocahontas, and Fayette counties. Other counties will be holding events throughout the week.
