The Judiciary Committee will host a public hearing on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at 9 a.m. on S.B. 10 – Campus Self-Defense Act.
SB 10 passed the Senate last month and is now in the House. All three Democratic senators voted against the bill, along with Senate Health Committee Chairman Mike Maroney, R-Marshall.
Please attend and help protect our schools and our kids from guns and gun violence. Stop SB10 from lifting prohibitions on public colleges and university students and visitors from carrying a concealed weapon on campus (with a current and valid concealed carry permit). This bill is opposed by several WV universities.
