“We the people demand that our lawmakers and legislators protect the Affordable Care Act and defend our health care, including Medicaid Expansion and Pre-Existing Conditions coverage.

On November 10, 2020, the Supreme Court will begin hearing oral arguments in California v. Texas that seeks to entirely overturn the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as ‘Obamacare’. 

If the ACA is overturned, 23 Million Americans could lose life-saving coverage, and 135 Million will lose Pre-existing Condition coverage. This includes over 800,000 West Virginians.

Please protect our access to Health Care.
