URGENT Action Alert: We Need Your Photos and Videos!

Share Your Photos/Videos!

We need a few minutes of your time today, and you can help from home! We’re collecting powerful visual stories from our volunteers and members to showcase at Healing Appalachia. We’re a sponsor this year and we want you to be a part of it. Here’s how you can inspire people to take action:

Create Your Message (It’s Simple!):

1. Record a short video using your phone or computer. Soapboxx makes recording a message easy! 

2. Or take a photo of yourself holding a sign with your message. For example:

• “I shared my healthcare story”
• “AEP’s outrageous rates are hurting West Virginians like me”
• “WVCAG Volunteer for over 30 years”
• “I donated because I care about Climate Change”
• “I fight to protect voting rights”

Submit Your Content (Two Easy Options!): 

• Option 1: Upload to Soapboxx: Follow the simple prompts to create and upload your photo here or video here.
• Option 2: Email Submission: Send your photo or video to eve@wvcag.org. 

Why This Matters: Your message may be included in our social media posts, or our promotional video at Healing Appalachia, which will take place September 19-21 at the West Virginia State Fairgrounds. This three-day music, community, and healing event is a perfect opportunity to amplify our collective voices, engage with thousands of new people, and inspire them to take action with WV CAG.

Deadline: If possible, please submit by tonight, September 4. But don’t worry if you’re a bit late – we’d still love to have your contribution!
