CAG Action Alert

Celebrate with us on December 3rd!

2015 was a year of challenges.  Despite these challenges:
  • WV CAG successfully advocated to get a bill passed empowering citizens to create recycling cooperatives in order to make recycling more viable and helped save net metering for homes with solar and wind power systems.
  • Our WV Surface Owners’ Rights Organization (WV SORO) continued to fight for landowners and to keep toxic fracking waste out of our water wells and streams.
  • Energy Efficient West Virginia’s (EEWV) interventions at the PSC promote efficiency instead of building more costly power plants. This year EEWV’s efforts increased efficiency programs offered to utility customers by 20%.

Help us celebrate these and other successes at our Holiday Fundraiser Party on December 3rd!
