I am writing on behalf of West Virginia Interfaith Power and Light (WVIPL), a state affiliate of a national organization representing over 20,000 congregations in 40 states including congregations in your district. We are a group of concerned West Virginians from various faith traditions—leaders and lay persons alike—who believe that care for Creation is a call to be heeded and acted upon.
