Early Voting for the 2024 General Election begins on Wednesday, October 23. Before you go, get in the know!
Join the Black Voter Impact Initiative and partners for a Candidate Forum & Meet-and-Greet at 6 pm, on Tuesday, October 22, at First Baptist Church, 423 Shrewsbury Street, Charleston. This is a great opportunity to get to know your candidates. After the forum, check out our compilation of Election Resources for Early Voting locations and hours, additional Candidate Information, and more.
On Thursday, October 24, come out to the capital city’s premier music club for a “Helping Hour” in support of WV Citizen Action Group. Swingstein & Robin play fiddle and piano, and sing swing and early jazz standards. Each week, the duo donates all tips to a deserving non-profit organization. This week their two-hour set will benefit WV CAG! Spread the word, bring friends, and enjoy the music, snacks, and drinks.

Round out your week with a Stroll to the Polls on Saturday, October 26. If you would like to participate, join local community, civic, religious, and panhellenic groups at noon on the steps of the Kanawha County Courthouse at 409 Virginia Street East, Charleston, for a group photo, then march together to the County Voter Registration Office at 415 Quarrier Street, Charleston.
