In the last month, ratepayers have sent dozens of letters and postcards to the Kanawha County Commission asking them to start exploring options for a public water system.
Now, with WV American Water announcing that they plan to seek another rate increase, the Kanawha County Commission is planning to talk about water rates at its next meeting! The Commission has already said they oppose the hike! This is our opportunity to thank them for their support and to ask them to make a move for a real solution – taking back our water system!
