Tell Governor Justice to Veto SB 841

Saturday, the House passed SB 841. It now heads to the Governor’s desk.

Please call Governor Justice preferably during business hours, or leave a message, at 304-558-2000, OR email him AT ANY HOUR at governor@wv.gov with this message: 

“PLEASE VETO SB 841, REGARDING UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION. WV WORKERS NEED A SAFETY NET!”

SB 841 would drastically reduce unemployment benefits. The proposed cuts to unemployment compensation for WV workers would be a cruel and heartless blow to those who are already struggling.

Tell him to stand with workers and reject cuts to unemployment insurance.
