Texas that seeks to entirely overturn the Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as ‘Obamacare’.
If the ACA is overturned, 23 Million Americans (over 178,000 West Virginians) could lose life-saving coverage. 135 Million Americans (over 800,000 in WV) will lose Pre-existing Condition coverage.
