Join us and WVEC for Environmental Day (E-Day) at the WV State Capitol – Tuesday, February 13, from 9am to 2 pm!
E-Day is a chance to see the Legislature at work, tour the Capitol, meet environmental groups and advocate for our legislative priorities.
Last year, student groups played a vital role in E-day. Including student groups brings diverse perspectives and energy to the cause. By encouraging students to engage in E-Day, we aim to create a platform where they can learn about and contribute to environmental initiatives. If you know of any student groups, please contact us at wvecevents@gmail.com so we can invite them!
In addition to exhibits from environmental groups, E-Day will include a rally with advocates and legislators to discuss critical environmental issues and promote legislation.
If your nonprofit is interested in having a table at E-Day or you would like to attend, please visit wvecouncil.org/eday. We have limited tables available, and they will fill up fast!
Participation is absolutely free.
