The gains we have made with coverage expansion are in jeopardy with the election of Donald Trump and his pledge to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act.  The 176,000 low-income West Virginians on Medicaid expansion and the 37,000 West Virginians who have coverage through the marketplace could lose their coverage under the repeal efforts that Republicans have voted for in the past.  West Virginians for Affordable Health Care is leading the fight to keep the best parts of the ACA!
