Two measures we oppose related to West Virginia courts were passed by the WV Legislature. One was signed into law by the Governor. The other will go before voters in November of 2022 in the form of a proposed amendment to the state Constitution.
On March 31, we launched a new coalition, The West Virginia New Jobs Coalition. The launch was rooted in sharing the national THRIVE Report and will require the forging of a new governing consensus that legitimizes massive government investments to reorganize different sectors of the economy.
