President Obama recently gave notice to Congress that he will introduce Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) implementing legislation to ratify the TPP this fall, though it is still uncertain if he can pull together the votes he needs. We must give notice to Congress that we aren't going to let that happen. More

MATCHING GRANT: Make WV More Energy Efficient
For a short time, your contributions to Energy Efficient West Virginia will be doubled due to a matching grant from the Blue Moon Fund. We were able to secure $28,000 worth of grants to cover part of the match, but need to raise a final $2,000. This is a great opportunity for your money to go further and for you to help make West Virginia’s economy more efficient and diverse. More

Stand up for Fayette County’s frack waste ban!
This Friday, June 10th at 10am, the Fayette County Commission's historic ban on oil and gas waste disposal is being challenged by EQT Corporation. EQT is seeking a permanent injunction against the ordinance to make these kind of county-wide bans unenforceable. We will be doing our best to make sure our ordinance stands, to set a precedent in Fayette County that will uphold other county's rights to enact similar ordinances. But we need your help! More
