CAG/CAEF Awards Picnic – Aug 26th, 5-7PM
*UPDATE* - we'll start gathering at 5PM for live music, drinks and mingling, with food being served at 5:45 PM and awards ceremony starting at 6:30PM! On August 26th, from 5-7PM, WV Citizen Action and Citizen Action Education Fund will return to bringing people together (albeit outside in the park) to have an evening picnic and recognize several individuals for their contributions to the progressive movement in our state. More

As part of federal COVID-relief legislation passed in March, West Virginia received $1.25 billion to address the health and economic impacts of the coronavirus pandemic. As of October 19, there is still over $969 million remaining unspent with a December 30 deadline for utilizing the funds. More
